Booking options
  • This service is only available via online booking and payment.
  • 24 hours daily including Public Holidays with online bookings made at least 14 hours in advance. Subject to availability.
  • Call us if you need help with your booking.
Payment options
  • Credit & Debit Cards, PayPal or Online Bank Transfer (on STEP 4. Payment of our booking page).
  • Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and all major banks are supported.
Booking completion
  • New reservation received and PayPal payment receipt will be sent immediately to your email provided on booking completion. Please call us if you did not receive any.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent to your email within 24-48 hrs.
  • Driver details will be sent to your email 12 hrs before the transfer with driver name, mobile no. and vehicle no.
Receipt
  • Receipt with the subject Your payment to Limousine Transport will be emailed by PayPal to your email address provided during PayPal checkout (Credit or Debit Card) immediately on payment completion. (Check your spam mail as well!).
Arrival transfer(From all airports, ferry terminals and points of entrance into Singapore.) Arrivals following flight no. or ferry name (default option)

  • Driver will monitor flight or ferry should it arrive early or be delayed, and be at the airport or ferry terminal at the confirmed flight or ferry landing time.
  • Complimentary waiting time of up to 45 mins from confirm flight landing time, which allows sufficient time for you to clear customs, pick-up your luggage and meet driver in the arrival hall. Additional waiting surcharge of $10 per 10 mins block will commence after the initial 45 mins, capped at 20 mins. Please call or sms driver if you need him to continue waiting after 45 mins.
  • Driver will be holding a signage with your name to meet & greet you at the exit of the luggage belt for your flight in the arrival hall. Please call or sms driver if you have difficulties locating him.

Arrivals following pick-up time (special request)

  • Driver will show up ONLY at scheduled time. Complimentary 10 mins waiting time for pick-up. Additional waiting surcharge of $10 per 10 mins block will commence after the initial 10 mins, capped at 20 mins. Please call or sms driver if you need him to continue waiting after 10 mins.
  • Driver will be holding a signage with your name to meet & greet you at the exit of the luggage belt for your flight in the arrival hall. Please call or sms driver if you have difficulties locating him.
  • Please advise if you wish to proceed with the arrival transfer for driver to follow pick-up time requested instead of tracking your flight.

Immediate Arrivals

  • Immediate booking for arrival transfers are available 24/7 for Mercedes Cab & Maxi Cab by calling our hotline at 98486699.
  • Please be ready to board vehicle within 30 mins.

Arrivals on Multiple Flights

  • Each driver will only be able to meet & greet passengers from one flight, as there may be a possibility of multiple flight arriving in different terminals or flight changes due to early arrivals or delays. Please book additional transfers for each flight if you have passengers from more than one flight.

Additional notes

  • Please note that arrival transfers require advance payment by Credit or Debit card online (Except for Immediate Arrivals).
  • Due to ongoing work on Changi Airport’s expansion, please call driver upon collection of luggage(s) for the pick-up.
  • Please book a Hourly Disposal if you require driver to wait beyond 45 mins waiting time.
  • Check your Changi Airport Arrivals Flight Status or Changi Airport Flight Schedule.
Departure transfer
  • For departure transfer via Changi Airport, recommended check-in at least 2 hrs before scheduled time of departure (ETD) if you have checked luggage, or 1.5 hrs if you have no luggage.
  • Check-in counters generally close 40 minutes before the departure time.
  • Check your Changi Airport Departure Flight Status or Changi Airport Flight Schedule.
Point-to-Point transfer
  • Driver will pick-up at scheduled time for the transfer. Complimentary 10 mins waiting time for pick-up.
  • Additional waiting surcharge of $10 per 10 mins block will commence after the initial 10 mins, capped at 20 mins. Please call or sms driver if you need him to continue waiting after 10 mins.
  • On-call or stand-by services are available for Hourly Disposal service.
Hourly disposal
  • Driver and vehicle will be with the guest on disposal for required duration (hourly time blocks).
  • Minimum of 6 consecutive hours for half day package rates, and 10 consecutive hours for full day package rates.
  • Hourly disposal starts upon flight landing time for pick-ups from arrival flight(s), cruise or entry point(s) in Singapore, and driver will wait for the guest within no. of hours booked. Waiting time and transfers to be completed within duration booked. Arrival transfers require advance payment by Credit or Debit card online (Except for Immediate Arrivals).
Vehicle inspection / Briefing for driver
  • Complimentary 30 mins vehicle inspection and briefing for driver at your location, available for Hourly Disposal service of at least 12 hours and above.
  • For bookings of at least 6 hours and above, an additional surcharge of S$65 for 30 mins disposal of vehicle inspection and briefing for driver is applicable.
Luggage space
  • Please refer to the capacity limit for each vehicle. Each passenger seat may be replaced to fit a large size luggage.
  • Luggage measurements are based on 26″ large size: Height: 26 inch (67 cm) / Width: 18 inch (45 cm) / Depth: 11 inch (28 cm).
Car child seat
  • Car child seats are not mandatory for taxis, limos & buses, as they cannot be reasonably expected to carry a variety of different child seats and restraints, due to luggage space constraints.
  • Parents taking the vehicle should bring or take all precautions to keep their children seated quietly for the entire ride. Please bring one if you need it.
Wheelchair
  • Wheelchair (folding type only) – Free of charge, please make sure the vehicle you have selected is large enough to accommodate them. If in any doubt, please select a larger vehicle. Disabled passengers must be able to board the vehicle independently or with the assistance of those in their party.
  • Wheelchair ramp – Only available on London Cab with no additional charges. Please book at least 24 hours in advance. Subjected to availability.
Bicycle
  • Free of charge, please make sure the vehicle you have selected is large enough to accommodate them. If in any doubt, please select a larger vehicle.
  • Maxi Cab fits 2 bicycle (front-wheel intact) + 2 passenger + 2 luggage; or 3 bicycles (front-wheel removed) + 2 passengers + 0 luggage.
  • Minibus fits 4 bicycle (front-wheel intact) + 4 passengers + 4 luggage; or 5 bicycles (front-wheel removed) + 4 passengers + 0 luggage.
Places of interest

(e.g. Sentosa, Singapore Zoo, Bird park, etc.)

  • Please note the transfers does not include admission fee to places of interest (if any).
  • Entrance to Sentosa Island, payable by passenger directly to Sentosa gantry at the entrance on the day of transfer.
